We built the content plan around real life, not trends. Using an editorial calendar keyed to natural moments—Christmas, New Year planning, back‑to‑work routines—and everyday tasks like sending gifts, returning items, picking up parcels, or coordinating deliveries, we framed each video as a quick, useful micro‑story. The tone was fun but clearly informational: every piece shows exactly how the new app feature solves a specific situation in a few taps. We produced in two agile batches across a 2‑month window: batch 1 validated hooks, formats, and visual language; batch 2 scaled what worked with tighter pacing, clearer CTAs, and variant intros for A/B testing. This approach gave Econt a native TikTok identity at launch—authentic, utility‑driven, and easy to boost for paid—while steadily “pulling” users in through relatable scenarios rather than pushing product.
