Since October 2024, we’ve partnered with Hype Software on a strategic, ongoing program—owning both content strategy and day‑to‑day execution. The mandate: attract qualified leads, build trust with real customer stories, and keep the community engaged with useful, consistent content.

What it includes:

  • Video production & photography: Interviews, explainers, on‑location shoots (incl. Geneva), and editorial/BTS stills.
  • Social media management: Planning, calendars, copy, posting, and analytics—plus repurposing long‑form into shorts.
  • Design for social & paid ads: Static and animated creatives, platform‑native formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16), and thumbnail systems.
  • Brand & tone refinement: Message guidelines, on‑screen graphics, lower thirds, and consistent voice across channels.
  • The series (full‑length): Ongoing conversations with Hype clients and users—deep dives into workflows and outcomes, with cutdowns for social.

Approach

Strategy to execution: We set topics, scripts, and formats, then produce, edit, design, and publish—end to end.

Utility first: Show real workflows, decisions, and results. Less hype, more how‑to.

Iterative: Test angles/creatives, keep what works, and scale across channels.

Conversion aware: Clear mid‑video/page CTAs for demos and working sessions, without compromising content value.

Challenge

We needed to balance authority with accessibility—keeping the tone expert but friendly, and explaining AI concepts without jargon. The solution was a modular content system: short, focused videos that each tackle one benefit or feature, supported by clear on‑screen structure and a consistent visual language.
